  • Enhance organization and department reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Support to management by advising, counselling and analyzing applications and information.
  • Conduct the project results by solving and identifying coordinating, communicating requirements, issues and priorities, expenditing fulfillment and evaluating milestone accomplishments.
  • Conduct human resources operations by training, coaching, recruiting, selecting, disciplining staff, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions, maintaining compensation, and resolving problems, implementing change.
  • Overseeing all HR Initiatives, systems and tactics.
  • Manage the work of HR personnel and provide guidance.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards.
  • Report to management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (MBA holder is preferable).
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Good at Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet, e-mail and browsing.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with different parts of the organization .
  • Fluent in English four skills.
  • Team work, Time management skills, Good interpersonel skills.
  • Leadership skills and Negotiation skills.
  • Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills.
  • Must to have work experience in construction field.
