Role and Responsibility

1. Recruitment of qualified personnel
2.Ensure that training are carried out according to the training master plan
3. Liaise with Myanmar authorities with regards to labour issued such as OT reporting and keeping EC up to date
4. Carry out skill examinations , revise skill exams and organise skill competitions.
5.Ensure that wages calculation are accurate and carried out within the time frame
6. Investigate and resolve any labour conflicts.
7.Ensure excellent employer's and employees relationships and attend monthly workplace coordinating committee (WCC) meetings.
8.Ensure that factory is socially compliant (BSCI etc.)

Language skill:
Myanmar and English,knowledge of Thai language would be valuable.
