• The organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Tasks
• Maintains HR Policies and rules. Perform continues improvement on the policy based on employee feedback and business needs.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Follow up in enforcing HR policies and study on effectiveness.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintains organization staff by establishing process for recruiting, and interviewing programs; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor ISO training programs

Job Requirements

• Education & Others qualification: Any Graduated Prefer with MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least (5~10) years in related HR field.
• Experience in Compensation & Benefit is preferred.
• Must be Computer Skill and Finger Print Software System and ISO Procedure Running.
• Ability for English Language is preferred.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills
