-Implement performance management system including developing guidelines, forms and supporting documents and materials.-Planning & Implementation to Organization Business Plan as per Yearly Budget.-Recommend HR Policy changes, Keep Policy manual updated and ensure staffs diligently follow all the HR Policy.-Remain familiar with all local labor laws and related to HR and ensure compliance-Monitor and ensure on compliance of HR policies and practices-Maintain confidentiality on human resource matters-Implement performance management system including developing guidelines, forms and supporting documents and materials.-Support compliance to systems and processes for HR planning and implementation and report to the Chief Executive Officer.-Assist in planning for staffing increases and decreases and design and update organizational structure-Implement annual staff development plans for the organization and assist supervisors to develop and facilitate individual staff development activities.-Perform the staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.-Advises managers on Organizational Policy matters such as equal employment opportunity -Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contract and helping resolve work-related problems.-Analyze training needs to design employee development programs.-Development of an employee-oriented Company Culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance-Employee’s Health & Safety, Welfare, Wellness and employee services and counseling.-Check monthly payroll management system is efficiently and effectively roll out in time for salary payment -Compensation and benefits administration-Lead, manage and motivate staff members ensuring that they have clear work plans and objectives and receive regular supervisions and reviews-Travel to the field to support Line Managers and carry out monitoring visits -To solve the grievances of the company.
-Bachelor's degree in relevant/specific field.-Five years professional working experience Proven team work ability-High sense of personal integrity, discretion and good judgment-Good communications skills & interpersonal skill-Computer proficiency in word processing
