Myanmar Efforts is a garment manufacturing company. We specialize in the production of intimate wears.

As a newly established Myanmar company, we have an exciting opportunity for a driven HR manager to design and deliver HR interventions that support business vision and strategy.

Our company is based in Pakokku, Magway Region.

You will report directly to the General Directior and work with the company's management team to drive a high performing culture.

Successful candidate will be provided with different benefits, for example on-site accommodation, bonuses and rewards base on performance.

On a day to day basis you will responsible for, but not limited to:

- Be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR related matters.

- Delivering operational and transformational HR strategies and inititatives aimed at improving staff engagement and retention, in line with the commercial growth of the business.

- Providing advice daily to senior managers on all areas of HR.

- Develop and facilitate a comprehensive orgnisational staff training program to deliver exceptional and value adding training to the business.

- Maintain and ensure compliance of HR regulations and procedures.

- Processing monthly payroll

- Ensure the integrity of HR data

- Management of workers compensation and return to work process.

- Application of Visa, FRC, Stay Permit, Form C for expat employees

- Develop and maintain employee handbook

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as HR manager
- At least 3 years of experience in HR operations and management
- Strong ability to adapt to changes and improve
- Fluent in English is mandatory to communicate with the Director
- Basic Chinese will be essential as you will need it to communicate with various stakeholders inside the facility
- Bachelor degree holder in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong business relationships
- Experience with team management and development
- The ability to influence, coach and mentor both management and employees at all levels within the business
- A solid understanding of contemporary HR issues
- Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft suite and email) are essential
