Job Description

• To cover all HR Administration ; recruitment & selection, hiring & firing, compensation & benefits, performance management, attendance & leave, payroll management, adherence to Employee Policy and development & training ,etc.
• To supervise and coach the HR staffs
• To make good relation with internal customers (employees and employer) and external environment (stakeholders)
• To lead HR Team and set internal working procedures
• To conduct personal income tax for all the employees and preparing for the final taxation
• Supervise to have systematic record keeping and personal data control
• To support and report to Management in term of human resources issues.
• To provide HR information to all HODs
• To support information concerning with Strategic HRM and HR Policy in accordance with Labor Law.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate with Diploma in Human Resources Management;
• more preferable with MBA
• At least 5 years experiences in Managerial position in related field
• Leadership and negotiation skills
