About the Company

Our client is a group of companies across in Myanmar and mainly focus on trading, construction, heavy machinery, and engineering services.


The Role

● Manage full spectrum of HR functions, both operationally and strategically
● Review and develop concepts for improvements to existing HR Management systems to increase the overall efficiency of the department and company in service quality and processes
● Ensure all Job descriptions are up to date, all staff receive appraisals and monitor probationary periods
● Ensure compliance of HR with the rules and regulations of the Myanmar labour law and company guidelines

Job Requirements

● Minimum 7 years of working experience and 3 years of working experience in management level
● Prefer MBA or similar degree, ideally in Human Resources Management
● Strong command of English and Burmese
● Computer Literate and be able to work under pressure
