• Implement and manage all HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and employee administration
• Manage and lead all 5 processes of Human Resources for employees
• Develop and maintain employment policies and procedures, employee handbook and employee forms
• Manage the recruitment process including posting, recruiting, interviewing and hiring for opening positions
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions, employee records, and files for all positions
• Coordinate all leaves of absence according to the labour law
• Develop, implement and maintain effective compliance with all federal and state labour laws
• Lead annual performance management and professional development initiatives process for staffs
• Supports management by providing human resources advice

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree but prefer more from a business background
• Diploma in Business Management or HR Diploma/Certificate
• At least five years of experience in HR management field
• Strong Knowledge in Myanmar Labor Law
• Age must be over 40 who has good knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law
• Able to speak English fluently to deal with a foreigner
• Must be familiar with Microsoft application and internet & email
• Must have the cooperative skill to communicate with other departments
• Must have a positive attitude and ability to deal with different culture
