Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Be in charge of recruitment and selection
• Prepare and conduct new employee orientation
• Support and coordinate with Head office
• Maintains and develops a human resources system that meets HR Manager needs
• Follow up and in charge the attendance record, annual leave and other leave of staffs
Update the labor law frequently
• Settle the labor relations, labor disputes, disciplines, implementation of personal transaction such as rules and termination
Maintains and manages organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing and interviewing program, conduction and analyzing exit interviews
Ensure all announcements, policies, regulations of the office to be delivered to all staff on time and implemented by them properly
• calculate and monitor about SSB
• Support and manage the office for any administrative procedures.
• Be in charge for making visas, resident cards, Hotel booking
• Be in charge of managing all office facilities maintenance.

Job Requirements

Any Degree Holder and HR Diploma (or) Certificate
• Minimum 3 years working experience in HR & Admin Supervisor, experience in factory.
Able to work with minimum supervision
• Able to take direction and complete tasks required with accuracy in a timely manner
Age must be 30 above
• Very good commend of written and spoken English.
• Good knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Mature, well-organized, careful, integrity
• Good Computer skills (MS World, Excel, Power Point, Internet and Email).
• Can Work Dagon Seikkan Special Economics Zone
• Can work overtime
