Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Handle recruiting issues
- Cooperate with the business executives then implement strategic HR plans.
- Handle and manage all the employee issues; monitoring their performance, probation period etc.
- Develop and design performance appraisal for employees and ensure proper tasks are assigned for each position.

Job Requirements

- Problem Solving, analytical, negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Knowledge of Labor Law of Myanmar.
- Bachelor's degree is required; degree in Human Resources is preferable; Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Field is highly preferred.
- Can use proficiently in English and Myanmar Languages.
- Minimum three to five years of job function in human resource field,
- Age is required to be above of 28.
- Can work under pressure, can work as soon as possible after hired is highly preferred.
