1) တကၠသိုလ္မွဘြဲ႕တစ္ခုခုရရွိရမည္။ အသက္ (၃၅)ႏွစ္အထက္ရွိရမည္။
2) MBA / HR Management ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ေသာ Certificate ရရွိၿပီးသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
3) HR Manager post ႏွင့္ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳအနည္းဆံုး(၃)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
4) Computer Office Application ေကာင္းမြန္းစြာတတ္ကၽြမ္းရမည္။
5) ERP Software ကိုအသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္။
6) ေျပာဆိုဆက္ဆံေရးေကာင္းမြန္ၿပီး Teamwork ျဖင့္လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
