-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
-Maintains management guidelines by preparing , updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures
-Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees , following up on work results.
-Maintains human resource staff by recruiting , selecting , orienting , and training employees.
-Maintains human resource staff job result by counseling and disciplining employees , planning , monitoring and appraising job result.
-Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations , maintaining records representing the organization at hearings.
-Plan , organize , direct , control or coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment , compensation , labor relations and employee relations.

Job Requirements

-Age must be above 35 years to 40 years old.
-Must have experience as a HR Manager in Food and Beverage Industry.
-Must be graduated and prefer MBA and HR Diploma.
-Must have over 3 years experiences in HR fields
-Proven experience at Recruitment.
-Good Knowledge at Lobor Law and employee relation.
-Good in English skills
