Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop/update the Talent Management recruitment strategies/policies/ processes.
• Perform training needs analysis
• Develop and manage the training directory and advise managers/supervisors for the selection of training & development programs.
• Source for trainers and negotiate to manage costs
• Manage all training and development relate activities including the effectiveness of training programs, trainers, etc
• Advise on succession planning related matters with line managers/heads.
• Manage graduate recruitment and rotation programs
• Manage the internship learning programmes and work with talent acquisition to identify talents for recruitment post graduation.
• Build future talent pipeline which includes awarding of scholarships for high potential school students and children of employees and propose programs to ensure the continuous flow of talents at all levels.
• Identify learning initiatives to accelerate the development of high potentials
• Link up with managers/supervisors in Yangon HR HQ and HR Managers/reps from Upper (Mandalay) and Lower Myanmar and advise on clarifications, changes and resolve issues, if any.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure all approvals are obtained accordingly
• Monitor dept expenses for individual area and check for variances and advise superior.
• Make accruals with Finance for areas not being paid yet
• Perform or participate in projects as assigned
• Ensure the system adopted is able to provide the functions required, store the relevant information and user-friendly
• Manage the migration/implementation/update of HRIS with the respective consultant/vendors.
• Be the Super User of the system and train others
• Perform checks on the system's capability to ensure effectiveness and accuracy.
• Perform checks on the integrity data in the system to ensure accuracy.
• Work with the systems consultant/vendors to resolve issues
• Advise line managers and supervisor on the usage if access is given to them
• Ensure confidentiality in all employees’ data and adhere to the Data Protection Act.
• Perform budgeting for the individual area.

• Make accruals with Finance for areas not being paid yet
• Perform or participate in projects as assigned
