 Managing the processing of any HR related administration
 Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
 Complete human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
 Assist in the administration support of recruitment activities including preparing and posting job advertisement, arranging interviews, screening candidates,conducting interviews and,preparing employee contracts.
 Conduct monthly Payroll process for all HS and LS and coordinate with EY UTW for managing Withholding Tax for all employees (Quarterly).
 Partner with regional HRM for any employee disciplinary issues to mitigate business risk working with Head of Corporate Operations and partner with Global Human Resource Office (GHRO) and Asian Human Resource Office (AHRO) to support the roll out HR initiatives within the branch.
 Set up and maintains accurate and up to date employee records.

- Strong experiences in HR Management as Corporate HR
