-Identify manpower requirements and support all companies to recruit qualified human resources by various recruitment methods
-Maintain good communications and positive relationship with employees to promote employee' satisfaction
-Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
- Design and update forms and formats for Human Resources Department
-Identify legal requirements affecting human resource function and make ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance with existing laws.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions.
- Conduct wage and salary survey with the labor market to determine competitive wages for the company
- Manage welfare and benefit programs for the employee.
-Analyze the training needs in conjunction with line managers and develop HR training and development strategies accordingly.
- Create training plan and orientation programs for new employees
- Organize, develop and source internal and external training programs to meet specific training needs
- Establish and maintain relationship with external training suppliers
- Create activities for motivation, engagement and retention of employees
- Hear and solve grievances and disputes and handle disciplinary actions according to company's rules and regulations.
- Plan and organize performance appraisal system for the company.
- Manage daily operations of HR department by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, directing employees and following up on work results.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor degree with diploma in HRM and HRD or Master Degree holder or MBA
- Must have at least 5 years' experience in managerial position in HRM field
- Must possess good problem solving skill, negotiating skill, listening skill and leadership skill, team management.
- Must have good level of English and good in using Microsoft Package
- Good understanding in existing laws.
-Age ( 35 and above )
