One of the leading distribution companies is on the hunt for an HR Manager who will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions.

Duties and Responsibilities
* To oversee employee relations, training, compensation, staffing, record keeping and staff retain process
* To administer and design benefit package for the company and maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
* To assist in development of modified or new plans and evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals.
* To judge various methods and content of training programs to determine most effective program within budget.

Job Requirements

Skill and Requirement
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
* 5-7 years of progressive experience in training field, professionalism in analysis and problem-solving.
* Must have strong knowledge of employment law and regulations
* Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors and use relevant software.
