1. Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.2. Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.3. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.4. Supports organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.5. Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management7. Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance9. Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget10. Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Any graduate (prefer MBA or diploma in Human Resource Management)• At least (5) years’ experience in HR field• Good in English and Myanmar both writing and oral • Computer proficient in Microsoft Office (prefer Advance Excel Certificated)• Understand Work Ethic and ability to work with mutual respect • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
