Human Resources Manager will be responsible for:
• Manage and maintain Job Description data Base and ensure all roles have a current JD in place per Metro/ Group procedure
• Plan and lead all recruitment processes to replace / hire new staff within target timelines.
• Lead and coordinate Training and Development by performing Training Needs Assessment to enhance and develop skills and talent Coordinate with group L&D to develop effective Training Programs
• Track and review and the Group performance review system and manage performance management system (e.g. quarterly/annual) and report deviations to the MD quarterly
• Develop HR policies and procedures, and ensure employee understand and comply with them
• Lead a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and budget planning
• Update and record Organization Structure (Organization Charts) and follow up to identify staff vacancies and organize to deliver all recruitments within agree timeline:
• Plan and implement for vacancy announcements, work as a business partner for interview and selection process. Conducting salary survey and salary benchmark analysis for key positions.
• Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, employment contract, process probationary reviews and confirmation, employee evaluations, resignation and terminations, exit interviews. Ensure all medical tests for relevant staff are performed on time and results are filed and appropriate reports issued to management before hiring and annually for food handlers.
• Manage all matters relating to regarding labor legislation as directed by Group HR and the MD. Ensure all Labour contracts are registered.
• Ensure Group policies and procedure for discipline are followed. Ensures all company and Group policies relating to employee behaviour programs are implemented as required. (anti bullying etc.)
• Ensure payroll is managed as per Group standard, ids completed on time and all taxes and SSB payments made to relevant authorities.
• Manages administration of annual C&B and bonus review
• Prepare monthly HR report with required analysis as directed.
• Assist Director to implement HR projects and other relevant duties
• Manage the daily operations of the HR Department
• Ensure all Human Capital Information is kept confidential at all times.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS -
Graduate with related degree. (Prefer MBA or Human Resource Management)

SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES -
• At least (5) years’ experience in HR leadership role
• Strong English skills both written and verbal for communication with Senior Management Team
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient knowledge and experience on ERP/HRIS.
• Leadership and conflict management skills - Able to lead and manage the Team effectively & efficiently to support the operation
• Able to initiate and implement company policies – sound administration and process management capabilities
• Knowledge of Labour Law and experience in working at all levels in an organization.
• Sound written, and verbal communication skills including report writing and presentation
• Excellent communicator and motivator an open communicator with sound listening skills
• Able to work collaboratively with peers and solve problems / issues with tact and able to create positive working environment
• Proactive and result oriented. Must be able to manage without close supervision.
• Demonstrable track record showing respect, empathy and integrity in HR leadership.
