Developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates
- Manage payroll related activities
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization
- Need to handle the staffs’ problems between staff and the Management
- Handle all of the problems related to staffing.
- Need to do every specification that the HR Manager needs to do, overall
- Communicate with HOD of all Departments and do together to achieve the organizational goals

Job Requirements

Any Graduate ( preferable with HR certificate (or) HR diploma)
MBA more prefer
At least more than 5 years of experiences in related field
Able to speak and write English fluently
Able to use Microsoft application/email and internet
Understanding and practical knowledge of labor law
Good personal organizational skills including time management and ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Problem Solving Skills
Good leadership Skills
Good organization Skills
Able to Travel(sometimes)
