- ဂ်ပန္ကုမၸဏီတြင္ ပူးေပါင္းအလုပ္ လုပ္ကိုင္၍ တိုးတက္ေအာင္ျမင္ခ်င္ေသာသူ ျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Email, Phone ျဖင့္ အသံုးျပဳျပီး Interview မ်ား စီစဥ္ေပးျခင္း၊ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား စုေဆာင္းျခင္းႏွင့္ ျဖည့္သြင္းသိမ္းဆည္းျခင္း၊ လုိအပ္ေသာ စာရြက္စာတမ္းျပင္ဆင္ျခင္း စသည္တုိ႕ကို ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္း
- အျခားေသာ ရံုးလုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကိုလည္း စီစဥ္ရန္ စီမံတတ္ရမည္။
- ႏုိင္ငံျခားကုမၸဏီ၌ အလုပ္လုပ္ဖူးသူ၊ ကားေမာင္ Driver license အမ်ိဳးအစား၊ ကားႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ စိတ္ပါ၀င္စားသူတုိ႕ကို ဦးစားေပး စဥ္းစားမည္။
- ေျပာဆုိဆက္ဆံေရး ေျပျပစ္ရမည္။
- Computer Excel အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ရမည္။
- English or Japanese Language ကြ်မ္းက်င္စြာ ေျပာဆုိႏုိင္ရမည္။
