Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Provide HR administrative and clerical support including data entry, photocopying, scanning, documents and reports filing
• Assist with organizing staff relations activities (Annual dinner, birthdays, etc)
• Perform accurate system data entry, record updates and personnel record filing (iSams, Rivo, HRIS, Excel, current filing system)
• Arrange interview appointments and meetings
• Update leave and attendance record and personnel data
• Prepare PO form and other reports and correspondences
• Handle general HR enquiries
• Assist in the recruitment process and other follow-up administration: eg. Interviews arrangement, background checking, reference checking, staff photo taking)
• Assist with payroll and tax filing
• Assist with work visas, qualification assessment and teacher registration
• Involve in benefits administration including medical enrolment and MPF administration
• Leave and attendance record checking and maintenance
• Provide back-up support to perform office administration tasks
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as required
• Keep up to date with current local labour legislation
• Any other appropriate duties as allocated by members of the school’s leadership team

Job Requirements

Qualifications / Training
▪ Higher Diploma in human resources management or related discipline.
Experience / Knowledge
▪ Min. 2 years of HR experience gained from sizable organization is definitely an added value
▪ Working in educational institution is an advantage but not essential Desirable
Skills
▪ Proficiency in MS office, Excel, Outlook, Power point, Chinese word processing
▪ Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

▪ High levels of personal integrity
▪ Initiative, Self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn
▪ Excellent organisational and time-management skills Essential
