Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

* Managing and maintaining contracts, personnel file and other employee information, assigning employee ID numbers
* Assist in advertising in a wide range of media, for example newspapers, websites, and also use social media to advertise positions;
* Coordinate with Recruitment Team and Line Manager for onboarding of new employees, including ordering email addresses, IT equipment, any other required
* Conduct the appropriate New Employee Orientation with HRM on monthly basis
* Ensure all new staff open a bank account for monthly payroll and follow up when required
* Assist HRM and Recruitment Team in organizing the job far.
* Provide support to the CAL Myanmar Compensation and Benefits & recruitment team
* Work with operational managers supporting for their divisions through HR general activities program in Myanmar
* Perform benefits administration, including registering the employees in appropriate benefit program and communicating benefits information to employees
* Ensure to comply with country labor law and internal policies when issuing the HR related documents such as employment contract, change

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree, Dip in Human Resources Management.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR Officer
• Organized and methodical to administration and record keeping.
• Worked in multicultural environments
• English Skill, Verbal and Written
• Understanding and practical knowledge of employment law and employer best practice.
• Knowledge of the use of the IT and internet (social media, job portals etc.)
* Experience of supporting managers across a variety of department at different levels in all aspects of HR
