To handle employee queries regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
To handle all employees’ complaints from around Myanmar
To supervise payroll calculation and handle complaints relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, taxation, SSB, etc.,)
To handle Group Life Insurance matters for Employees
To handle Staff Loan matters
To maintain & handle all discipline processes
Preparing for Meetings and Recording for the meeting data & meeting minutes
Organize of Seasonal/Periodical Events
Participate the Events and Seminars arranged by Company
Manage to HR Assistant for some employee relation issue and employee benefits, social welfare, social security Board (SSB) and staff insurance process and report to Manager with timeline

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree Graduated with good Communication, Planning and Reporting skills
Minimum 3 years and above experiences in related field
Advantages in possessing the Diploma or Certificate of Administration or Office Management and Human Resources Management
Preferred in knowledge of relevant Laws and Regulations
Good experiences in Office Administration and Human Resources
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Literate
Good command in English 4 skills
Have Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
