Principle Responsibilities
Crafting and updating job descriptions
Screening resume and scheduling phone interview
Coordinating between candidates and hiring managers
Advertising job posting to various recruitment channels and liaise with third party agencies as and when necessary
Recording candidate's data and documents in the people manager (HR) software
Preparing and distributing of internal office order to line managers
Assisting to the recruitment activities and HR software i.e. Job Fair
Dealing with tailor, HR Software developer, and government offices
