A Good Opportunity for ..

1 Responsible for all related activities in human resources and recruitment process.
2 Coordinate with all related departments to create organisation structure and human resources requirement.
3 Transfer all requirements into company recruitment and development plan plus all related documents such as job description,
training plan, company regulations, work contract and staff profile.
4 All recruitment processes and activities including posting jobs opportunity, application, interviewing and contracting.
5 All control and improvement processes and activities including time attendance, training and performance appraisal.
6 Participate in all company communication and labor affairs.
7 Support for Human Resource & Salary Management
8 Other jobs assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

-English communication and Basic MS Office Programs
-3 years in HR / Admin process
-Need to communicate in English well and prefer Japanese language as a plus.
-Age should be 25 and above
