Job Description

-Assist to HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program.
-Screening applicants’ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.
-Contact references and perform background checks.
-Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
-Hire or refer qualified candidates.
-Conduct new employee orientations.
-Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
-Assist to HR Manager in training, developing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
-Able to connect government labor related offices and knowledge of Tax and government labor laws.
-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, grievances, performance appraising etc).
-Coordinate HR functions (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
-Communicate with public services when necessary.
-Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (Preferred - Diploma in human resources, business administration)
- 3 years’ experience at HR senior staff level in a medium to large organization.
- Strong knowledge of Myanmar labor law
- Computer proficiency
- Able to work with Myanmar people and with foreigners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate English Level
- Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressure and meet deadlines
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Personal integrity to handle confidential information
- Cooperate with other departments for solving problems regarding HR related issues of staff from various departments.
- Able to be a team player – participant.
