A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

• Responsible in preparing materials and posting jobs ads to appropriate job board/newspapers
• Responsible to source and recruit candidates from internal, external, database, social media and agency if necessary, to fulfill manpower requirement of organization needs.
• Submit to Assistant HR Manager for screening of job applications and then submit to concern HOD for smooth interview process.
• Responsible to arrange and schedule interview to fulfill right candidate insight place in time.
• Performing in-person and phone interview with candidates
• Following up on the interview process status
• Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
• Any other tasks assigned by HRD/AHRM

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder in HR Management or relevant field
• At least (2) years experiences in HR Fields in multi-national company.
• Must be skillful in advanced computer and process management.
• Able to communicate smoothly and politely with all level of staff.
• Be a good negotiator and enjoy dealing with people, whether by phone or in person.
• Can keep the confidential information of both personnel and company
• Be able to communicate in English
• Proven working experience as HR Recruiter or similar role
