To lead, organize, manage and develop the Group HR operations to ensure that a high performance culture is created and maintained by the BU HR Heads & Team.
Responsible for the total Human Resources operations for the Group including the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, practices and procedures across the Business units.
Provide advisory and executive support to the BU HR teams and assist in meeting HR strategic goals.
Be pro-active in highlighting potential opportunities & threats and liaise with BU HR team to drive cultural changes.
Ensure compliance with all Human Resources legislation and policies and keep up to date with market changes, which may affect the Organization.
Facilitate, open employee communications to discern grievances and to respond to those grievances in all appropriate manners, including redressing those meriting correction
Assists the Sr. HR Operations Manager in the development of policies and procedures applicable to the human resource needs of the Company
In collaboration with Company Legal Counsel, interprets legal regulations, and Company policies and procedures, in the area of employee relations.
Advises and assists in developing, planning, directing, and implementing procedures to produce effective and efficient management of the employee relations function.
Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees regarding laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practices related to employee relations matters.
Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques.
Manages the Company’s employee recognition programs.
