Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

HR Operations will be responsible for managing the HR systems, HR Administration, Payroll and assist to handle some part of compensation and benefits. The incumbent has to act as the owner of the job file and will also be responsible for assisting any HR projects, conducting employee relation and coordinate some part of staff activities or committee.

o Own all HR operations including payroll management.
o Key Activities:
o Manage smooth HR system with less error for reporting.
o Prepare monthly payroll and reporting.
o System Updates
o Manage employee personal files and ensure the HR administrative are aligned the policies.
o Be proactive to review the yearly compensation survey report and benchmarking.
o Coordinate employee performance management cycle.
o Support HR functions which linked to any updated or ad-hoc tasks.
o Assist to coordinate an ad-hoc tasks or any HR projects.

Employee Relation
o Meeting up with some concerns employees who feel not motivated and pressure from the job.
o Conduct exit interview where update report to all line managers
o Conduct staff induction and refreshment.
o Keep closely in touch with employees to hear voice from employees.
Insurances Claim
o Work closely with insurance broker to coordinate all employees’ claims.
o Manage the refreshment session as well as ensure the insurance benefit to all employees
Working with ministry of labor
o Ensure the documents or compliance with ministry of labor
o Keep update staff declaration In/Out and enrol employment book for employees.
o Coordinate some medical insurance under the labor law
Staff Activities and Committee
o Manage staff activities such as GAP award coordinator, staff committee and CSR
Other Key Responsibilities
o Ensure employees are aware of company policies, internal regulation, Value session and others.
o Others tasks will assigned by line manager.
o 100% Accuracy of payroll preparation
o Perform on time with employee system updates
o Update on time related to HR compliance to ministry of labor
o Timely updates about HR policy as well as staff induction and/or refreshment

Job Requirements

Operational Efficiency
o At least 4 years experiences in HR administrative
o Great in HR system knowledge
Communication Skills
o Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate confidently

o Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
