Key in Attendance /Overtime / Transportation Allowance with Excel and Software system.
Calculate Salary payment / Allowance / SSB/ Income tax .
Prepare Report of Monthly payment / Allowance / SSB / Income tax.
Prepare Pay slips per month before cut of date.
Transactions for salary / SSB / Income tax with related bank.
Cross Check in and Report to Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager.
Handle with Client about payroll processes and Benefits (if it is necessary)
Meeting with Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager every week.

Any Bachelor’s degree holder
Minimum 2-3 year of experience in related Field.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Advance Excel )
Good command in speaking and written in English.
