Responsibilities:

• Providing support to the management in terms of HR processes such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training & development, staff relations and performance management
• Championing and instilling the bank's culture and inspiring excellence in the bank's employees
• Fostering and promoting strong relationships while working closely with the senior management, division/department heads and employees
• Assisting the management in implementing and reviewing HR policies & procedures
• Aligning the support of HR with the bank's vision and strategies to promote talent growth
• Working very closely with the heads of various divisions of the bank to support in terms of HR strategy alignment
• Developing, monitoring and maintaining regular HR scorecards and reports for the bank's senior management and highlighting opportunities for improvement
• Executing the initiatives arising through the HR and business strategy alignment

Skills Required:

• A people person committed to the development and welfare of the fellow employees
• Proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the organization
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team
• High level of integrity, initiative and positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
• Highly organized and detailed oriented

Qualification Required:

• A good bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA from recognized institutions
• HR experience in a fast moving, dynamic environment with more than 1000 employees preferably in multinational organizations (preferred but not mandatory)
• Experienced people leader with proven track record in leading, coaching and developing the team
• Strong skills of HRIS and Microsoft office programs
• Good verbal and written skills in English and Myanmar languages
