An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower planning to employment contracts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits activities in order to attract and retain the right talents in the organisation including development of the compensation system.
• Handle the whole payroll process including submission of SSB and Income Tax.
• Assist to manage the performance management process including talent identification, career development and succession planning.
• Oversee employee relation in the organisation such as orientation programme, communication sessions, company events, etc.
• Manage day-to-day HR operational and people support services such as updating and maintaining of employee records, administration of benefits and HR reports.
• Provide general administrative support.

Job Requirements

• A degree in any related field. Those with HR certificate will be a plus.
• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of HR working experience preferably in C&B, Performance Management and Employee Relation areas.
• Good knowledge of the Labour laws and other relevant statutory requirements
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to speak and write English language will be an added advantage.
• Able to work in a start-up and fast-paced environment while maintaining multiple projects/assignments.
• Possess initiative and high energy or drive as well as able to work independently.
