• Design and implement management guidelines, HR policies and procedures.
• Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Maintain HR record, employee agreement/profiles, and documentation filing.
• Perform recruiting, employment and performance evaluation related tasks.
• Conduct employee payroll, PIT and insurances related tasks.
• Maintain employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits.
• Design and conduct employee training programmes.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance.
• Ensure legal compliance according to applicable state requirements.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge to perform the job as required.
• Complete HR operational requirements and tasks assigned by direct reporting supervisor.

• Professional Field:
Hiring, Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes, Compensation and Wage Structure,
Supports Diversity, Classifying Employees, Employment Law, Laws Against Sexual Harassment, Organization
• Burmese and Chinese/English proficiency.
• Use of Microsoft computer, MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, Power Point, Office 365) and payroll software system.
