- Supporting payroll information, attendance calculation, leave control.- Attend to all employee control policies and procedures to align with corporate direction.- Liaison with government ministries and labor departments.- Perform front desk duties such as answering and redirect phone calls to relevant persons & attending to visitors - Facilitate the HR training such as organizational behavior training, orientation training - Maintain proper filing, correspondence and records. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Any Graduate with the age 22 ~ 30. - Preferable of diploma or certificate in Human Resource Management. - Committed, responsible and willing to learn.- Positive work attitude, team player and multi-tasking. - Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.- Basic English speaking and proficient in Microsoft Office application. - Able to type Myanmar Font very well. - Preferably 2 to 3 years’ experience in related field.- The person who lives in North Okkala or Mingalardon are more considerable.
