• Assisting recruitment process
• Assisting Training program
• Working with recruitment agencies to sources for candidates for specific job position
• Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
• Report monthly leave and late comers list.
• Compile and update Employee record (Hard & Soft copies)
• Contact with labor office, social security board office
• Perform Day-To-Day Operation function of HR department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduated (Diploma in HRM is preferable)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels of the company
• Creative, honest, hard- working and passionate
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Good used Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of labor law
