Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Contact and deliver the office letters, memos to ensure to reach concern employee and department.
• Prepare and maintain employment contract for all employee.
• Register new employee into finger print system.
• Responsible to prepare new employee file and keep update data both in employee’s personal file and in HRIS.
• Prepare and send confirmation report to concern HOD before employee’s confirmation date.
• Resisting and issuing of employee’s changes like promotion, demotion, salary increase, relocation, demotion and Internal transfer processes.
• Resisting and issuing of employment process like new recruitment, resignation, termination, employee retrench and employee maintenance, etc.
• Responsible to keep communicate with concern Line Managers and admin clerks for all employment issues, employee welfare, labor incident issues and labor law abiding issues.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate, Female
• More prefer to (2) years’ experience in HR Fields
• Computer proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
• Able to communicate smoothly and politely with all level of staff.
• Be a good negotiator and enjoy dealing with people, whether by phone or in person.
• Can keep the confidential information of both personnel and company
• Ability to build effective teams and create a positive working environment
• Able to work as teamwork.
