► Supervise for Creating and revising job description.► Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems► Assisting performance management processes.► Arrange orientation program.► Responsible for new staff training and on-job training.► Coordinate the recruitment process with all departments.► Effectively run monthly payroll for all employees and assist the Salary Review.► Responsible for staff performance evaluation.► Provide and assist in developing human resource plans.► Have strong communication with Government Office.
► Any bachelor degree holder and HR Diploma (or) preferably with MBA holder. ► Minimum 3 years experiences in HR field.► Able to communicate well with all position levels.► Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment and L&D)► Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).► Excellent decision making and negotiation skills.► Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
