*Support and guide employees on HR inquiries and requests
*To explain and ensure employees understand and comply Company rules & regulations
*Maintaining employee files as to ensure up to date, accuracy and compliance
*Prepare monthly employee payroll, SSB and personal income tax in accordance to the company policy and guidelines which is in line with Myanmar Employment Law
*Assist HR Manager in planning and conducting recruitment, selection and new employee orientation
*To cultivate strong team spirit and ensure that employees fit the company cultures
*Arrange training and development programs instructed by HR Manager
*Assist HR Manager in conducting Performance review by biannually

*Any Graduate with professional qualifications in HR
*Proficiency in Microsoft office and HR software
*Must have Good Personality and Attitude
*Have Passion in HR
*Good in Teamwork, Communication and Interpersonal Skill
*At least 3 years experience in HR jobs
