- Leave calculation to support for monthly payroll
- Employees hostel arrangement for business purpose
- Print out employees ID Card for new & old
- To provide HR services to the employees
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules & regulations
- To record employees discipline record for performance review
- Conduct initial orientation to newly employees
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

Job Requirements

- Any graduate bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years experience in Human Resources Management.
- Equip with a through understanding of local employment practice and related legislation and
Labor Law in Myanmar.
- Proactive practical with high levels of energy.
- Strong relationship building abilities and Good communication skill of levels.
- Good command in both written and Spoken English.
- Able to communicate with other team members.
