Key responsibilities
1. To participate making the Organization Structure includes the needed operation/working
Departments
2. To carry out the Organizational Human Resources Policies and Rules & Regulations
3. To plan and prepare the interview tools and test for all department
4. To carry out Recruitment & Selection process as “Right People in Right Place”
5. To participate and implement the employee orientation program
6. To prepare and distribute the orders for new staff and permanence staff
7. To operate in the HRM System for the Compensation process
8. To prepare and submit the monthly budget to HOD
9. To check and up to date modified to staff Bio-Data and report to HOD
10. To provide the system of Health Care & Safety Affairs
11. To participate and set up the Individual Job Descriptions in Organization
12. To participate carrying out to get a common concept between BODs and Top Management
Level for the organizational sustainable development
13. To participate carrying out check and balance between Employer and Employees and among all Departments in the organization
14. To prepare and submit the daily and monthly report to HOD
