- Checking incoming e-mail from recruitment website and others daily.
- Employee recruitment according to business and department needs.
- Arranging interview and recording interview result.
- Updating Employee list and making details information.
- Making Employment Contract, personal file for all employees.
- Giving inducting training to new employees.
- Making HR document when necessary and doing other Ad Hoc jobs assigned by HR Manager.

Job Requirements

- Graduated (Degree or Diploma in HR is preferred).
- Age under 30.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in HR Field.
- Knowledge in Labor Law.
- Able to use Computer (Word, Excel), using Internet & E-mail is a must.
- Must have communicative Level in English Language (Speaking & Writing).
- Be a good team player and able to work friendly with other departments.
