-Maintains human resources staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of work experience in the HR department of a company.
- Knowledge and experience in Human Resources Management especially recruitment, compensation, training and development law, employee relations, engagement, and development.
- Must have knowledge of standard HR management processes such as recruitment.
- Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
- Must have good Interpersonal Skill, Communication Skill, Negotiation Skill.
- Must have labor law and industrial relations knowledge.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems.
- Establish HR plans.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in Human Resources.
- Specialized training in related HR functions.
