HSE supervisor will assist HSE head to ensure highest standards of safety in fabrication, erection and construction.

Key Accountabilities
1. Ensure 100% safety induction of employees, workers and visitors.
2. Ensure and implement 100% PPE’s
3. Ensure HSE plan, Risk assessment, emergency plan and documentations as per green book of all contractors are submitted, reviewed and followed.
4. Improve near miss reporting and its investigation by 200%, report all concerns, incident measurement and action tracking.
5. Prepare and review legal registrar and update
6. 100% adherence and implementation of statutory requirements related to environment, labor low and other related statutory regulations
7. Inspection/ audit of labour hutments and colonies and ensure adherence to the organizational and statutory guidelines.
8. Conduct and participate internal and external audits.
9. Ensure adherence to the Process and standards e.g. Agile etc of the organization
10 Provide HSE feedback to all contractors by conducting safety committee meetings
11 Ensure compliance to all consent to establish, operate etc wrto to environment
12 Company HSE policy implementation
13 Conduct suraksha samwaad covering at project locations as per company procedure
14 Conduct safety awareness campaigns at project site.
15 Hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRA)/ Job safety analysis implementation.

- Relevant Diploma in Envt, fire and Safety from a Recognized university.
- Min 5 years of Experience as HSE officer of 1 large scale EPC projects.
