• Support in developing of HSE policies and programs at companies
• Review existing policies & measures and update according to updated legislation
• Plan and develop Safety road map of the organization to achieve safety objectives of the organization while ensuring customer service without compromising company safety standards.
• Regular audit/inspection the warehouses, workplaces to ensure safety of the organization and present the results in order to get attention to improve same
• Assess possible safety hazards & risk and enforce preventive measures
• Advise management team and operation team regarding with safety
• Initiate and conduct Safety induction, toolbox talk and trainings to the staff and build safety culture in workplace
• Coordinate with outsides associations/organizations to conduct training, fire drill, etc
• Review and report on the staff's compliance with HSE rules for corrective actions and disciplinary actions
• Prepare reports to provide statistical information to management team

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in any discipline with diploma/certificate in Occupational, Health & Safety
• At least (5) years’ related experience
• Good at using Microsoft application
• Able to communicate in English
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Able to travel from sites to sites
