• Comply with applicable laws and regulations and internal company requirements and take appropriate actions to correct deficiencies.
• Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and relevant accessories
• Keep record of HSE-related accidents within a particular time frame in incident area
• Ensure HSE policies, targets, objectives and action plans in line with company requirement
• Presenting HSE principles to staff in meetings or conducting relevant training programs
• Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health, safety and environmental protocols and techniques
• Sharing information, suggestions, and observations with relevant leadership to create consistency in safety standards throughout the entire factory
• Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site
• Conduct regular site inspection and observe an assessment of possible risks of HSE and ensure that preventive measures are taken.
• Recommend appropriate protective equipment that workers should wear while carrying out tasks
• Supervise the installation of potentially harmful equipment and the systematic disposal of hazardous substance

Job Requirements

 Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any other related field
• Must have excellent communication skills to pass important messages to workers and management in a way that is clear to everyone concern
• Must have in-depth knowledge of HSE legislation and procedures/processes
• Must have basic knowledge of data reporting processes
• 3 year work experience as HSE officer in an established firm or company is preferable
• Must have the relevant HSE Management Certification that is required to work as HSE officer
• Must be in good health and highly motivated.
• Must be Male between the age of 27 and 35.
