Job Descriptions (Major)The HSE Officer is responsible to:- Overall in charge of the company’ OHSE Management System.- Facilitate the implementation of HSE policies, standards and guidelines on site.- Review and update company’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy and other related duties by relevant authorities.- Ensure that all statutory regulations of local authority & HSE Department of company are implemented and complied with by all contractors and staffs.- Assist the management organization and promote Health, Safety and Environment Activities and campaigns to raise awareness.- Conduct regular inspection and audits on HSE provisions and compliance.- Identify HSE hazards in the workplace and support the risk management processconduct internal HSE Training for their competencies. - Provide the plan of appropriate external HSE Training and advice all levels in the company to be attended.- Conduct project HSE meetings, TBB and communicate by providing information and advice on relevant HSE matters.- Participate, advice and assist to Project Manager & HSE Manager in accident / incident investigations process and record all findings to prevent reoccurrence.- Develop Emergency Response Plan and schedule of exercise. - Carry out regular inspection on emergency response facilities and ensure all of facilities should be in ready to use.- Develop Safe Work Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures and support in Risk Assessment process for all relevant construction activity.Job Descriptions (Minor)- Coordinate for improvement between OSH Committee and project management.- Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.- According to the requirement of project management, collaborate to settle with Admin Department for all public relation issues with neighbours .- Take over some HSE duties of the other project cum with assigned project ( If required..)
• Any Graduate• HSE Professional Certificate Holder • 2 years and above work experience as a HSE Officer in implementation HSE Management System in Plant, Construction and Maintenance Field or Oil and Gas Field.• Ability to train, influence and motivate to the all team members.• Spoken & Written – English & Myanmar language.• Microsoft Office, Internet & Email.• Can able to work in Bago (Yangon-Mandalay Railway Project).
