The LOGISTIC BASE HSE Supervisor is at a minimum responsible for the following duties:
- Assure the implementation of the HSE Management System (e,g. ERP, PTW, Waste Management)in accordance with COMPANY standards.
- Organize HSE Meetings (e.g. daily meeting, PtW meetings, HSE coordination meetings)
- Verify the work permit and coordinate/supervise the execution of Job Safety Analysis and relevant Toolbox meetings.
- Cooperate for the identification of unsafe acts, unsafe conditions and near misses.
- Investigate any kind of incident, prepare relevant report and monitor the implementation of corrective actions
- Conduct HSE inspections on a daily basis (including stop work authority) to verify proper compliance with Company HSE standards
- Ensuring the availability of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and pictogram on chemical container
- Coordinate periodically emergency drills
- Supervise the maintenance program for LOGISTIC BASE equipment (cranes, forklifts, etc.)
- Daily, weekly and monthly Reporting to COMPANY for the status of the activities
- Perform such other duties as may be requested or be necessary for the performance of Services
- Ensure that all workers properly use properly the personal protective equipment and instruct them on the use of the PPE
- Verify the properly implementation of all measures identified to reduce environmental risks and impacts
- Ensure all workers have their own identification card (including photo and affiliation) before entering the site, and they are equipped with all mandatory PPEs
- Ensure that workers without a written and valid fitness certificate have access to their workplace and start activity.
- The HSE Supervisor will be fluent in English and local language.
