Responsibilities & Duties

* Develop and sustain Health and Safety and Environmental Management System for the manufacturing facilities
* Drive towards the continual improvement in Health and Safety and Environment agenda following ISO 14001 and OHSA 18001 standards.
* Develop and engage stakeholders in the identification and implementation of risk control measures
* Provide capacity building of the manufacturing facilities through trainings, coaching and engagement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

* Degree holder of B.E (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) or any relevant Science degree
* Minimum year experience in EHS role in FMCG/Oil and Gas industry.
* Possess strong knowledge of Environmental,Health and Safety and FMCG manufacturing processes.
* Experienced in the development, implementation and certification of Environmental Management System and OHS Management Systems
* Certified Internal or Lead auditor of Environmental/Health and Safety Management System.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong leadership skills, change management, effective organizational and communication skills
