One of the largest entertainment service industries is on the hunt for the Human Resource Development Manager to operate both the processes of employees’ growth and organization development while engaging the HR operation system grow.

Duties & Responsibilities
*In-charge of setting up activities in the organization in order to improve employees’ performance.
*To build and maintain favorable and supportive internal and external relations.
*To design, develop and implements program effectively for evaluations by assessing staffs to the training and development programs.
*To maintain department records and reports

Skills & Requirements
*Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or other related studied fields.
*Over 3 years of working experience in managing HR operation.
*Preferably interested in the entertainment industry.

*Fluent in the English, possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
