- The HR Executive operationalises HR policies and programmed such as talent attraction, development and management, compensation and benefits, as wall as employee and labor relations. Tasks include publishing job openings, screening of applications and drafting job offers. The Executive handles on-boarding arrangements and orientation programmed for new hires, and sees to employees' training and development needs.


Roles and Responsibilities
- Arrange for interview of shortlisted candidates with hiring manager.
- Assist to register employees for training and coordinate payment of training with training institutions.
- Assist to review payroll submission to ensure accuracy of data.
- Handle administration for compensation and benefits matters.
- Handle administration of training requests of applications for employees.
- Notify candidate of job offer and salary offer.
- Plan orientation programmed for new joiners.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on various job posting platforms such as online job portals and newspapers.
- Prepare on-boarding administration for new joiners.
- Select suitable candidates and share their profiles with hiring managers for their consideration.
- Support with payroll or compensation calculation of exceptional situations.
- Track performance review of employees and check for completion of performance appraisal forms of employees.
